Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. OpCode Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in the development.
Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.
